This is the first time private counseling is an option at our health center. No need to go through a governmental process to get the services you want for your private needs. Access has never been easier. You can call me directly, or ask for a referral through your health care team at the clinic.
I am Craig Schlarb, Ph.D. Licensed Professional Counselor. I have 3 degrees in psychology and counseling including my Doctorate. I have served in various community mental health roles over the years including Executive Director, manager, supervisor and intake/crisis specialist. I enjoyed integrating mental health services into primary care clinics in two health centers in Oregon and am happy to be part of integrating services in The La Pine Community Health Center! Having provided grounded and effective counseling for over 20 years for Adults, Couples, Families, Children and Groups I pride myself on a down to earth easy to talk to approach that tailors our time to your unique needs and goals. You and your family’s happiness and quality of life is my absolute focus! Make time for yourself, you are worth it!
Currently I am accepting Pacific Source Commercial plans and Community Solutions, Open Card, and First Choice Health Network. If you wish to use your insurance please call ahead to confirm coverage. I am glad to help with this as well by calling your insurance carrier to check coverage.
