The majority of my services are with teletherapy. I have successfully provided teletherapy for 15 of my 25 years in practice. Teletherapy can be surprisingly very effective given the pointed focus the phone provides. In my very full practice clients rarely need to meet in person to reach their goals.
To the extent you are comfortable with, I can discuss your “Whole Person” needs with your health care team to be sure we cover all the bases to ensure your greatest health and happiness is realized! I have provided effective and grounded counseling services for 25 years in various settings.
There are many quality of life benefits to having counseling integrated into an overall health care clinic.
I have helped many Adults (Men & Women), Couples, Families, Children and groups with:
Depression/Mood Swings Anxiety Trauma Stress Alcohol/Drugs Grief Relationship Problems Life Transitions General Personal Growth & Goals Smoking Cessation
Research has shown 90% of mental health problems can improve with counseling! I use a variety of counseling techniques including hypnosis with your consent. It’s important for folks to know that in hypnosis you are aware of your surroundings and more likely to make decisions rooted in your personal integrity. We together assess your needs in our first session or two and come up with a treatment plan that we agree upon. Let’s face it, even in this beautiful place life can be stressful. Everyone can benefit from an independent new perspective on those things that are hard to shake. Taking that first step toward getting the help you deserve is the hardest…I’ll make it as easy as I can for you by answering your questions.
